Mike Taro    (Disco & Karaoke) Started His Career in Music at an early age in a 3 piece Group Called the Cactus Incorporated, then called Mike Puckett same name as his famous cousin Gary Puckett & The Union Gap (Young Girl , Lady Willpower etc). The Group also consisted of John Mansfield(Drums & Backing Vocals) & Chris Nice (Lead Guitar & Backing Vocals) they did well around the clubs in the local area, then Chris Left and a new Guitarist from America joined (Grant Clifton) along with a Bass Player called Joe Breitenfield, now a 4-piece the guys also did well now called Grants Tomb, Joe was replaced later by William Bath and we added two Sax Players called Steve Fardoe and Robin Foster (Monty) who came to be called LUVADUC, who did very well around 1972, when at the Reading Pop Festival they shot to fame covering every National Newspaper, and the first Pop Group ever to be written about by the Times Newspaper  They eventually signed to Bob Potter owner of Lakeside and did well around the country and even abroad , but sadly didn't brake into recording, although they did do a few demo's. Mike got Laryngitus and gave up singing for a while which is when his Brother-in-law to be got him to D.J. for him at the Albion in Woking, this proved to be successful and Mike then went on to do Pantiles, Safari Park Windsor and his own Disco Club Michaels in Woking for 4 years, where he helped the Jam to get started.
Mike has been a Top Quality D.J. for years helping many others along the way who I have had the privilege to know and respect (Thankyou to all of you).
Now I prefer to Step in and help when People need it, especially if they get let down, I like to do Private House Parties, Golf Clubs, Private Clubs , Weddings and all Birthdays and Anniversary Parties.
My System is a computerised DJ system which also allows me to do Karaoke, and with me its all about the clients having a great time, and it goes without say that the sound and lighting is of the highest quality plus everything is PAT tested.
